In order to strengthen d&b’s service-focused entity, d&b solutions, d&b Group will acquire the UK-based Audio Visual, Lighting, and Media (AVLM) business White Light Ltd.
White Light is a highly renowned technology and services company with expertise in theatre, corporate events, broadcast, live music, themed attractions, education, retail and leisure.
White Light’s SmartStage® technology is a particular area of focus for d&b and is an immersive video environment that uses XR technology to replace the traditional green screen element of a virtual studio.
